Yes. We are based near Woonsocket and proudly serve all of Rhode Island, plus nearby Massachusetts. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
The number depends on coverage hours, timeline, and event size. Weddings and quinceañeras typically receive hundreds of professionally edited images covering key moments, details, and candid reactions.
Photography delivery is typically 1 to 2 weeks. Video delivery may take longer depending on the project. We focus on quality, consistency, and professional finishing.
All deliveries are made through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your files easily.
Your gallery is available for 60 days. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as possible for long-term safekeeping.
RAW files are not delivered. We provide finished, professionally edited images that reflect our quality standards and signature style.
All delivered images receive professional color and exposure correction and a clean, polished look. Basic retouching may be applied when needed. Advanced retouching can be requested separately.
Yes. Most clients are not models. We guide you naturally so you feel comfortable, look confident, and still keep everything authentic.
Depending on your event size and coverage needs, we may work solo or with a second shooter/assistant, especially for large weddings and quinceañeras.
Absolutely. Packages can be customized based on coverage hours, number of locations, photo + video options, and add-ons.
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event day.
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and must be requested as early as possible. Any rescheduling terms are subject to the signed agreement.
We do our best to adapt. However, coverage is based on the booked hours. If you need extra time, additional coverage can be added (subject to availability).
Yes, if we are available. Additional time is billed at the agreed hourly rate and must be paid promptly.
We come prepared with professional lighting. Some venues may still limit what’s possible (rules, ceilings, no flash areas), but we always aim for the best results.
We monitor weather and plan alternatives. If conditions are unsafe or access is limited, we adjust locations and timing. Weather does not qualify as a refund reason.
Yes. We highly recommend a list for key family groupings and special requests. Please keep it realistic and send it in advance so we can plan properly.
Yes. Details are part of the story. We capture décor, attire, and important items when time and access allow.
Some venues require proof of insurance. If your venue requests it, let us know early so we can confirm requirements.
We do our best to work around guests. However, we cannot guarantee perfect coverage if guests block access, step in front of the camera, or restrict our movement during key moments.
Some locations have strict rules (no flash, limited angles, restricted areas). We will comply with rules, but results may be affected by those restrictions.
Albums and print options are available upon request. We can help you choose formats that preserve your memories beautifully.
Yes. Once delivered, you may share your photos for personal use. We appreciate credit when possible, but it is not required.
We may share select images for portfolio/marketing unless you request privacy. If you prefer your event not be shared, tell us in writing before the event.
Yes. We respectfully document traditions and important moments, including ceremonies, blessings, candle moments, and quinceañera customs.
Coverage begins at the scheduled start time. Delays due to clients, venues, transportation, or late access may reduce coverage unless additional time is added.
We prioritize key moments first. A realistic timeline is the best way to ensure everything fits. If time runs short, we focus on the most important photos.
For long events, a short meal break is appreciated. We never miss key moments and coordinate timing with the schedule.
In the rare case of an emergency, we have professional backup options to ensure coverage whenever possible. Your event is taken seriously and planned responsibly.
Severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond anyone’s control may impact services. In those cases, solutions are handled according to the signed agreement.
